Easy things to make for lunch?

hey so im 11 and schools out so i have a long 3 months of making my lunch im allowed to use every thing in the kitchen like the oven microwave stove mini oven and the sharp knifes (i know we have a huge kitchen) but all im looking for are some easy quick things to make for lunch and so yeah please answer thank you!
