How long will I feel the effects of anesthesia?

I'm having a cold knife cervical conization on tuesday and they are using IV sedation with versed, fentanyl and another drug I cannot remember, my long after the procedure will i feel the grogginess, sedation, highness whatever? An hour? Couple of hours? All day?
