HIV risk from knife cutting?

Me and my friend were walking by at night and this drunk guy came out of nowhere and cut me in the leg by accident. The cut is minor although there was a tiny bit of blood coming out. I do however believe the knife was dry. The cut is minor enough so that it probably won't cause a scar. I washed it with some soap three times right after. The knife obviously isn't mine and considering it was some drunk guy it could've been exposed to HIV. Is there a chance of getting HIV from the knife??
