Wah should I do to see my son?

I have a baby boy with this girl name tasha and we are not together no more I guess because she wanted too try something new but we still have a child together we always fighting we can't get along no matter how hard I try are son is only 6 mouth old and she already have a new boyfriend and ever time I want to see my child she say no and she putting me on child support even tho I take care of my child but I am not on child supportit yet what should I do about seeing my son?
