Is this bullying?? thankss?

so im in year 7 and im 12 and i have chapped lips and a moustache kind of so every day all the time everyone always says to me you got a moustache and they start laughing in my face and it really hurt on the inside plus it all started when a boy in my form started to call me first then he got everyone to say so now everyone in year 7 and my so called mates is calling me and soon all the other years will be as well also they call me tasha and i hate it my friend said its bullying is it?? xx
