Blue flects clogging bathroom facets?

I have a water softener and water heater. built my house in 2006. Weekly I have had ongoing salt clog up my bathroom and other faucets. I have asked the people who put in the water softener and heater to help but they are with below standard customer service. K and S heating in rochester, mn has had such a terrible way of doing business, that I have had to get help through other means such as this. What might be the problem or problems?
