My hose to the hot water for the dryer rusted & water was spraying out.I turned it off,but have some questions?

Your dryer should not have a hose attached to a faucet. Only your washer would have that. Take the hose off first. Try liquid wrench if it does not come right off. Then you can bring the hose to the hardware store to match it. I am almost positive they are standard, but this way you can be sure.
