Please Help! Is there anyway that I could be pregnant?

Ok. so please do not judge but I am a teenager and have not had my period for about 3 months. I have NEVER had sex or even been close to it. But i have stuck my vagina under the bath Tub faucet. Is there anyway i could be pregnant. I don't know if this makes a difference but i am very small for my age i weigh about 100lbs. and am 5ft tall. I also have had to take antibiotics a lot lately due to a infection in my mouth. Please don't judge or say its weird. Just help.
